In 2013, he started Aspire to provide free-of-cost coaching to students undertaking entrance exams. In 2015 while in his 3rd year at Namal, Hafiz founded Rahnumai to offer support to students and various colleges and universities by digitizing the whole admission process thereby providing convenience at a minimal cost. Hafiz has worked extensively with students in empowering them with knowledge, and skills to help them navigate through their academic and professional journey. Recently he was awarded Excellence in Education Award by Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL), USA.
